METHODS
The main focus of activity is the project’s high performance throughout the entire life cycle. The goal is the completion of the project, combining management, controlling and planning – from the very beginning.
The process is divided into various phases, implementing all the official regulations for those services and complemented by additional measures, in order to enhance the efficiency and diminish the risks of the decisions that are to be taken.
